Description: Owns and manages mix of simple to complex features within Security Framework and Auth Hub teams. Serves as a single point of contact and the escalation point between the client/business area and SF development team for the resolution of unresolved problems, complaints, and complex service requests. Be accountable for the coordination of the development of technology solutions appropriate to business needs and objectives, and oversees implementation of programs, projects or processes. Involved in the coordination of translating business strategy into work programs and processes. Be accountable for adhering to enterprise standards for documentation in our software delivery tools (Jira, Remedy, Confluence, etc.) Looking for strong talent to join our Plano-based team. As the product owner, coordinate SF development team with the clients and line of business to successfully deliver the projects on time. Report directly to manager, will not have anyone reporting in, will coordinate with a small team in Plano and a few developers offshore. Required Skills: Experience in design principles and design patterns. Strong background in a disciplined software development life cycle (SDLC) process 5+ years' experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology, lead the software development team successfully delivered projects Scrum, sprint planning, burn down and velocity reporting, backlog prioritization, retrospectives 5+ years' experience as a business analyst or project manager Manage scope, estimation, project status, reporting, escalation Experience gathering required info into Business Requirements, Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases and scenarios Preferred Skills: Good understanding on financial/banking processes, domain. Good communication, leadership and mentoring skills.
